The Minack Theatre is a registered charity and a Community Interest Organisation. Every penny we earn is reinvested to protect and sustain this extraordinary open-air theatre, carved into the cliffs of Cornwall by Rowena Cade.

Our mission goes beyond the stage. Through our Taking Part programme, we introduce thousands of young people across Cornwall to the magic of live performance—both as audience and participants. Most of this outreach is free for schools, community groups, and individuals, ensuring that theatre remains accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstance.
