The year is 1983 and Rowena Cade is approaching her 90th birthday. Join organiser-in-chief Edith Trewern in a race against time to celebrate the life of a very special woman. With utmost secrecy you will tour the theatre and discover the remarkable story of Miss Cade. An interactive experience that explores the history of the Minack and the life of the inspiring woman who built it.
The Birthday Party will last about an hour. Participation includes walking up and down long flights of steps around the theatre. If you have concerns about access or mobility, please contact our box office to check whether it is suitable for your situation.

You are welcome to remain in the theatre after your tour, to explore on your own and visit the Rowena Cade Exhibition. You do not need to buy a visit ticket!
