Bertie Wooster, that well-known man about town is charged by Aunt Dahlia to buy a silver cow-creamer for Uncle Tom. A series of mishaps and misunderstandings mean that Sir Watkyn Bassett ends up with it. Aunt Dahlia sends Bertie down to Totleigh Towers with Jeeves, his faithful butler.
Madeleine Basset, Sir Watkyn’s daughter, is in love with Gussie Fink-Nottle, but after an argument over Gussie’s newts, Madeleine sets her sights on Bertie.
Can Jeeves sort out the mess? Will Bertie have to marry Madeleine? Can the cow creamer be retrieved? And why does Constable Oates helmet get stolen? All will be revealed in Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense.
