Acting Academy Auditions
Audition to be part of the Minack Acting Academy.
Acting Academy students spend one intense day a month working with professional practitioners and visiting speakers, such as directors, actors and West End stars, in practical workshops and talks. The Academy helps talented young people develop advanced theatre skills.
Minack Acting Academy Auditions will include: A warm up, drama games, improvisation and a 1-minute monologue of your choice. This must be prepared before the audition.

Important information
Please arrive 15 minutes before your audition time.
Parking
Parking will be available at the theatre, please see the car park staff on your arrival.
Parents/carers
Please sign your child in with the chaperone at the entrance car park who will take them to the rehearsal room and bring them back at the end.
You must return to collect your child at the end of the audition slot. You are welcome to look around the theatre or use the cafe while waiting.
Students
Please wear clothes you can move in and sensible shoes.
Don't forget to prepare your audition piece and bring sheet music (Musical Theatre Academy only).
