Our lively event features:
Live Folk Band: Enjoy energetic, toe-tapping tunes that will get everyone moving
No Experience Necessary: Complete beginners welcome! The caller will guide you through each step
Dance at Your Own Pace: Feel free to participate in as many or as few dances as you like - there's no pressure!
Refreshments Available: Our bar opens before the dancing begins and remains open throughout the evening to keep you refreshed
Ceilidhs are all about community and fun - expect to laugh, meet new people, and perhaps work up a sweat! Come as you are and prepare for an evening of joyful celebration.

- Please bring your own chairs and/or blankets for this event. Seating is not provided.
- A licensed bar will be selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks.
- This open-air event takes place in Events Square, directly outside Lakeside Cafe at Coronation Park, Helston, TR13 0RA.
- Outdoor events will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, so please bring a coat (but not an umbrella as it blocks the view of other audience members).
- There is a small pay and display car park at Coronation Park as well as a larger car park at Castle Green. Free parking is available at the nearby Fairground car park.
- There is level access to Coronation Park and Events Square. If you have any additional access needs that you'd like to discuss with us please email Guy on [email protected].
- There are accessible toilets at the rear of Lakeside Cafe.
- Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at events.
