Following several hugely successful performances in Bath Abbey, Wiltshire Music Centre, Wells Cathedral and St George’s Bristol Voices for Life brings Stardust to Truro Cathedral!
Join 120 local primary school children as they take you on a musically magical journey through space accompanied by local young musicians, narrated by Keith Sparrow and directed by Matthew Coleridge. Stardust tells the tale of 6 friends who, after a disastrous turn of events, each end up drifting alone through space. We follow their journey as they find their way back to planet Zarg, discovering all the emotions they experience on their adventure.
Written by Jools Scott and Sue Curtis, Stardust was commissioned by Voices for Life for a singing and wellbeing project. In a series of school workshops, the children have explored these emotions through wellbeing activities and music. Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards future Voices for Life projects, helping children be happy and confident through singing.
