Want to visit the Minack more than once a year? 

We have a range of Passes that allow you FREE visitor access to the Minack as often as you like. All passes are valid during regular visiting times (performances and storytelling not included).

You can purchase an Annual Pass or, if eligible, register for a Local Pass below. Click on the button at the bottom of this page then choose your pass.

Annual Pass
Visit the Minack as often as you want in a year An Annual Pass entitles you to visit the theatre as often as you wish. Valid for visits within 12 months of the date of purchase during regular visiting hours. Admission is subject to availability. Please book visit slots in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can buy either an Individual Annual Pass (valid for you plus one guest) or a Family Annual Pass (valid for 2 adults and 2 children age 15 or under).

How much does an Annual Pass cost?

  • Individual Annual Pass - 1 adult, plus 1 guest - £30
  • Family Annual Pass – 2 adult & 3 (15 or under)- £40

How long does a Pass last?

1 calendar year from the date of purchase.

What if I want to bring extra adults/children?

You will need to pay for any additional visitors above the number included in your pass.

Do I still need a visitor ticket if I have an Annual Pass?

Yes. You’ll need to book a ticket each time you visit. Advance booking is strongly advised and is essential during school holidays. Your pass doesn’t guarantee entry unless you have booked.

How does the booking system know I’m a Pass holder?

When you book your visit ticket, the cost of tickets included in your membership will automatically be discounted to zero.

If I’ve paid for a ticket can I transfer it to my Annual Pass?

No. Tickets you have purchased and paid for cannot be transferred to the Pass.

What happens if I already have a Re-admission Voucher?

If you have a readmission voucher you do not need an annual pass this year. Your voucher will continue to be valid until it expires.
From 1 November new re-admission vouchers will no longer be available.

I am a Minack Supporter - do I need an Annual Pass?

No. Free visitor admission is included in your Supporter Membership. 

Can I use my Pass for performances or tours of the Minack?

No. The Pass is only valid for visit tickets. It does not include performances, storytelling or tours.

TR Local Winter Pass 
If you are a Cornish resident with a TR* postcode, you can apply for a FREE Winter Pass. The pass entitles you to visit the theatre for free as often you wish between November and February (inclusive). Valid for visits during regular visiting hours. Admission is subject to availability. Please book visit slots in advance to avoid disappointment.

A TR*Winter Pass is valid for you plus one adult and up to 3 children age 15 or under in your household.

Can I use my Pass for Performances or Tours of the Minack?

No. The Winter Pass is only valid for visit tickets. It does not include performances, storytelling or tours.

If I have a second home in Cornwall, can I apply for a Winter Pass?

No. TR Winter Passes are available exclusively to residents within the TR postcode areas. Ownership of a second or holiday home in the postcode area does not qualify for this offer. 

What can I use as proof of residence?

When visiting customers should bring the appropriate forms of identity, chosen from the list below:

Either:
Proof of residence with photo ID
You should bring one piece of identity that shows your primary residence and has your photo on, such as a driving licence showing your current address.
Or:
Non-photo proof of residence plus photo ID
If your photo ID does not show your TR address (i.e. it is a bus pass or work badge), please also bring in additional proof of your residence such as a utility bill.
Or:
Three forms of proof of residence
If you have no photo ID at all, please bring three pieces of identity that show your residence such as utility bills or bank statements.

TR19 Local Annual Pass
