Tyneside's Lanterns on the Lake combine dreamy, melancholic indie rock with beautiful layers of texture and celestial melodies that thread around intricate instrumentation.
The band have recently been joined by Radiohead's Philip Selway on drums for their latest album Versions Of Us and have been performing live together on their current tour, while their 2020 studio album Spook The Herd was shortlisted for the prestigious Mercury Prize and followed the critically acclaimed studio albums 'Beings' (2015), 'Until The Colours Run' (2013) and debut album 'Gracious Tide Take Me Home' (2011). The band also recorded a stunning live album with the Royal Northern Sinfonia in 2016.
