The Cornish Bank proudly presents the sublime combination of their latest residency artists, the London Bulgarian Choir and The Turbans. They will spend a week together, making music within the old bank walls in Falmouth and perform this one off unique experience at the historic and stunning Minack Theatre.
Led by native Bulgarian singer Dessislava Stefanova, former member of the Philip Koutev Bulgarian Folk Ensemble, the London Bulgarian Choir takes us on a journey around Bulgaria. Their playful and passionate performances transcend language barriers and explore the landscapes of the voice and the creative traditions of this land. “Haunting and hearty, eerie yet emphatic, and utterly bewitching.” - Independent on Sunday
